Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our website and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. - Product Use
All products sold are for personal use only. Resale or redistribution without our written consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our sole discretion. - Product Descriptions
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or content are error-free. Content is provided “as is” without warranty. - Order Processing & Shipping
Orders paid before 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed within 1–3 working days. Weekend or public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates only and are managed by third-party couriers. - Delivery Disclaimer
Asmara Delights (M) Sdn Bhd is not liable for any delays, loss, damage, or failed deliveries caused by courier services such as CityLink, Lalamove or J&T. All delivery risks are assumed by the customer once the parcel leaves our premises. Complaints must be directed to the courier company where applicable. - Delivery Instructions & Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address, unreachable recipients, or other external factors. Redelivery may incur additional charges. - Doorgift Orders & Deposits
All custom or bulk orders require a non-refundable deposit. Once paid, cancellations are not eligible for a cash refund. However, if production has not yet started, the amount paid may be transferred to other products at current selling prices (subject to approval). - Order Amendments
Changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing an order by emailing salessupport@asmaradelights.my. Changes are not guaranteed once preparation begins. - Product Acceptance & Return Policy
All cakes are perishable and cannot be returned once delivered. Customers must inspect the order upon receipt. We will not honor refund or replacement requests due to improper handling, delayed storage, or misuse after handover. - Returns and Refunds
Refunds are only considered for orders with proven delivery damage or product errors. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photo evidence. No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind, delivery delays, or missed recipient collection. - Insurance
Orders are insured during transit only. Once a product is delivered and signed for, insurance coverage ends. - Intellectual Property
All content, visuals, and trademarks on our website are owned by Asmara Delights and may not be used without permission. - Limited License
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to access and use this site. Any misuse, automated scraping, or framing is strictly prohibited. - Your Account
You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or false information. - Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for content on third-party sites linked from our website. Access them at your own risk.
