Thank you for choosing Asmara™ Delights. We are committed to delivering delicious, high-quality, and freshly made products. Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, all sales are considered final.

1. No Returns or Refunds for Perishable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of our food products once they have been delivered or collected. This policy is in place to maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and to ensure freshness for all customers.

2. Quality Concerns or Delivery Errors

If there is an issue with your order — such as incorrect item, damaged packaging, or product quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review each case individually and may request photo documentation for assessment.

If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a partial refund, store credit, or replacement (subject to availability and delivery terms).

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer
  • Failure to collect order on time or missed delivery
  • Claims made more than 24 hours after receipt

4. Third-Party Purchases

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Asmara Delights (M) Sdn Bhd. For purchases made through resellers, stockists, or marketplaces, please refer to their respective refund and return policies.
